We hesitate to use the term ‘waiting room,’ because our staff makes it a priority to run on time. We value your time, and it is rare that you will ever wait more than a few minutes past your scheduled appointment to be seen! And, because we don’t run late, or have appointment times shorter than 30 minutes, you won’t be rushed when you do meet with your physician.
Our physicians understand that the root of the word doctor, ‘docere,’ means to teach. They will spend the time to make sure that you understand your condition, and you will leave with clear, written instructions, so you know exactly what the next step is in regaining your health.
After your visit with the physician is complete, our staff will help you fully understand your care plan, and ensure that you receive the proper lab slips, test kits, prescriptions, and supplements, prior to checking out with our receptionists.
Your individualized care does not end when you leave the clinic. If you call between appointments with questions or concerns, one of our naturopathic or medical assistants will get back to you promptly, consulting with your doctor whenever necessary.
Our physicians routinely take their own after hours call. If you page your doctor with an urgent situation, you will likely speak with your personal physician, rather than someone from a call group whom you have never met.
If you run out of herbs or supplements between appointments (or have to come to us from out of town), you can e-mail or phone an order to our shipping department, and we will promptly fulfill your needs.
